Refund Policy

Free Plan

The free Agent Genie download and Free-Forever plan do not require a refund because no payment is collected for those items. Availability and limits may change as the product improves.

Subscription Refunds

For monthly or recurring subscriptions, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase if the service has not been heavily used and the issue cannot be resolved through support. Renewals are generally non-refundable once a new billing period has started, but you can cancel future renewals.

Lifetime and Promotional Offers

Lifetime, launch, or promotional purchases may be refunded within 7 days of purchase when the activation has not been materially used and no substantial setup work has been delivered. After that period, these purchases are generally final.

Managed Setup and Services

Managed setup, custom configuration, consulting, migration, and other service work is refundable only for the portion of work not yet started. Completed service work, custom implementation time, and third-party costs are not refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.

Third-Party Costs

AI provider usage, hosting, payment processing fees, domain costs, third-party licenses, and other external charges may be non-refundable when those costs have already been incurred.

How To Request a Refund

Send refund requests to contact@agentsgenie.advertpreneur.com with your purchase email, order reference, website URL, and a short explanation of the issue. We may ask for additional details so we can verify the purchase and troubleshoot before making a decision.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are usually submitted to the payment processor within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
