1. Who We Are

Agent Genie is an AI employee and chatbot product by Advertpreneur. In these terms, "Agent Genie," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the Agent Genie product and the Advertpreneur team operating it.

2. Product Status

Agent Genie is available for customer websites. Features, limits, pricing, package names, availability, integrations, and supported models may change as the product improves. We may modify, pause, or discontinue features when needed for quality, security, or business reasons.

3. Account, Site, and Plugin Use

You are responsible for the websites where you install Agent Genie, the accuracy of information you provide, and the way your team configures AI responses. You agree not to use Agent Genie for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity.

4. AI Output and Human Review

Agent Genie may generate automated responses, summaries, lead notes, and other AI-assisted output. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing important responses before relying on them for legal, financial, medical, safety, or other high-impact decisions.

5. Payments and Plans

Paid plans, lifetime offers, managed setup, support, and other commercial packages are governed by the pricing and package details shown at checkout or in the written offer you accept. Taxes, third-party model charges, payment processor fees, and usage overages may apply when disclosed.

6. Third-Party Services

Agent Genie may connect to third-party AI providers, payment processors, hosting providers, email systems, or analytics tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or data handling outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property

Agent Genie branding, design, product copy, and non-open-source product materials belong to Advertpreneur or its licensors. WordPress-related code is provided under the license terms included with the theme or plugin package where applicable.

8. Support and Availability

We aim to provide reliable access and helpful support, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or compatibility with every WordPress theme, plugin, hosting environment, AI provider, or browser.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agent Genie and Advertpreneur are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or claims arising from your use of the product beyond amounts you paid for the affected service.
